Our DNR Partners
citizens helping professionals
Dollars for research on non-game species are rare to non-existant and our state biologists often depend on the contributions of interested citizens to monitor various species. Although most of the information from the IOU applications is publically available, some sensitive information is somewhat protected. For our partners in the DNR, details on sightings of threatened and endangered species are available for their use. Your reports, through our Field Reports data entry can make a difference! Check the Wildlife Diversity Program's website for more project news.
